Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1850 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 1850 as the platform operator. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
This platform is only available to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full 1850 services, you must register an account with accurate, up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keep your account password and login details confidential.
- All activities occurring under your account, whether authorized or not.
- Notify 1850 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Ensure all personal information provided is true, accurate, and kept up to date with any changes.
1850 shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the account security obligations outlined above.
Platform Usage Rules
All 1850 platform users must comply with the usage rules set forth. Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or compromise the platform’s systems and infrastructure security.
- Distributing content that contains false, misleading, or inciting information.
- Engaging in any form of fraud related to betting, deposits, or withdrawals.
- Using another person’s account or sharing your account with third parties.
1850 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, if any of the above rules are breached. 1850’s decisions in such matters are final.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1850 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform accepts deposits through approved local payment methods. Users are responsible for ensuring the deposited funds are legitimate and belong to them.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the time frame specified, depending on the payment method chosen.
- 1850 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if a security or compliance review is required.
- Any fees or commissions related to transactions are the user's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Users are not permitted to transfer funds between accounts, conduct transactions on behalf of third parties, or use the platform for any money laundering activities. Breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Liability Limitations
1850 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
1850 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
- Providing false information during registration.
In cases of account closure due to violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited based on individual case assessment.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, designs, software, and visual elements on the 1850 platform are the exclusive property of 1850 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 1850 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 1850 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws
1850 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date.
